Press brake forming is the central operation in most sheet metal assemblies. Every chassis, enclosure, and bracket spends time in front of one of our brakes, and many arrive already carrying the louvers, embosses, or hole patterns cut by our CNC metal punching services. The cell is sized for both prototype responsiveness (rapid program changes, single-piece runs) and production throughput (overnight unattended bending on locked-in jobs).
What we run
Our brake lineup spans 50 to 200 tons with up to 4 m bend length, with crowning compensation for consistent angle across the full length. We air-bend to the material’s natural radius by default; per-material minimums, in mm and inches, are on the sheet metal bend radius chart.
Quality system
Bend angle is verified on first article and at intervals throughout the run. CMM verification of finished assemblies is available on parts requiring tight stack tolerances. Most parts ship with a brake-cell inspection sign-off attached to the PPAP packet.
