Where we come from

Nevatronix has shipped over 100,000 units to gaming, fintech, and smart automation customers across two decades. The sheet metal fabrication capability — press brakes, welding cells, punching, finishing, assembly — was built to feed our own production. As the customer base grew, we scaled that capability beyond what our own assembly volume required, and now offer it to outside customers under the Nevatronix Sheet Metal name.

What we believe

Sheet metal shops compete on three things: capability, documentation, and ship date. Marketing copy is irrelevant. Capabilities should be documented down to tonnage and bend tolerance; documentation should follow the part from quote to ship; the ship date promised should be the ship date hit. Every page on this site is built around those three obligations.

How we work

ISO 9001:2015. Every production order ships with a first-article inspection report. PPAP documentation (levels 2–4) is available on request and standard for our automotive and aerospace customers. Welds are WPS-controlled; bends are angle-verified at first article and sample-inspected through the run. Co-located with our sister site Nevatronix Laser for end-to-end fabrication under one PO.
