Where we come from
Nevatronix has delivered over 100,000 units — from small assemblies to complete kiosks — to gaming, fintech, and smart automation customers across two decades. The sheet metal fabrication capability — press brakes, welding cells, punching, finishing, assembly — was built to feed our own production. As the customer base grew, we scaled that capability beyond what our own assembly volume required, and now offer it to outside customers under the Nevatronix Sheet Metal name.
What we believe
Sheet metal shops compete on three things: capability, documentation, and ship date. Marketing copy is irrelevant. Capabilities should be documented down to tonnage and bend tolerance; documentation should follow the part from quote to ship; the ship date promised should be the ship date hit. Every page on this site is built around those three obligations.
How we work
ISO 9001:2015, with lot traceability run through a MIE Trak Pro ERP. Every production order ships with a first-article inspection report. PPAP documentation (levels 2–4) is available on request and standard for our automotive and aerospace customers. Welds are WPS-controlled; bends are angle-verified at first article and sample-inspected through the run. Programs that need more than fabrication tap Nevatronix's in-house engineering — design, reverse engineering, and value engineering (VA/VE) — and a structured 6-phase NPI process (Define → Feasibility → Develop → Validate → Implement → Evaluate). Co-located with our sister site Nevatronix Laser for end-to-end fabrication under one PO.
Where we are
7240 W. Warm Springs Rd, Suite 102, Las Vegas, NV 89113 — one of two Nevatronix facilities totaling roughly 72,000 sq ft, backed by a nearby Henderson warehouse running Kanban/JIT for raw stock and finished goods. A 75-plus team averaging 14 years of tenure runs the floor. We serve the southwest US directly and ship nationwide. Customer pickup is welcome — schedule a tour through our contact page if you want to see the shop in operation.
